Career Coaching Program

Since 2001, the Career Coaching Program has supported hundreds of students in launching and advancing their careers. Participants are matched with accomplished alumni and friends of the University who share insights from their professional journeys and provide personalized development coaching. Graduates of the program have gone on to build successful careers at leading organizations such as EY, Meta, Google, Pinterest, Nike, Sony Music, NBCUniversal, and many more.

Students gain access to comprehensive resources on resume and cover letter writing, internship and job search strategies, interview preparation, professional communication, networking, workplace culture, values alignment, and leadership development. Through dynamic group discussions, team conversations, and one-on-one coaching, students are equipped to take ownership of their career goals and develop the confidence needed to thrive.

These meetings are a great way to build your relationship and gain personalized support, but the format and frequency are completely up to you and your coach.
