Career Coaching Program

"Engaging. Rewarding. Insightful. Relevant. Fun. These words describe my experience in the Career Coaching Program. It is a necessary experience for any student serious about his or her future."

 A.T., Student

Since 2001, over 350 students have participated in the Career Coaching Program. Students are matched with successful alumni and friends of the University who share the secrets of their success and provide professional development coaching. Past participants have started and built careers at places like Accenture, Deloitte, General Electric, Google, The Four Seasons Hotel, Tiffany & Co., Teach for America, Make a Wish Foundation and many more.

Students receive extensive materials covering topics such as: resumes and cover letters, internship and job search, interviewing and attire, business etiquette, networking, and career advancement. Group discussions, team conversations, and one-on-one coaching empower students to take ownership of their career aspirations and grow in confidence that yields success.

Priority Deadline: Sunday, March 17
Final Deadline: Sunday, March 24

"Some people take a lifetime to achieve belief and attitude changes seen in the Career Coaching Program. The progress these students have made is truly striking."

Student-Coach Outside Time

Between each General Session, there is an additional required contact between students and their coach. This may take place as a tour of your coach's workplace, dinner at their home, coffee at Starbucks, or over lunch!
