Pepperdine's Spring Career Expo is virtual for 2021!

Our goal is to provide you and your company or organization with a rewarding and productive recruiting experience. Whether you are searching for current students, graduating seniors, or alumni for internships or full-time positions, the Spring Career Expo provides an excellent opportunity to connect with talented and driven Pepperdine students.

Pepperdine's 2021 Virtual Spring Career Expo will be hosted on the Hopin virtual event platform. After feedback from our community and careful evaluation of various options, we selected Hopin specifically because it closely mimics the in-person career fair experience.

In the virtual event space, you will have a custom booth with information about your organization and open positions. You will have the option to interact with students in a group session format, via text chat, and request one-on-one sessions.

Interested students can stop by your booth at any time during the fair, no appointment needed!

Virtual Spring Career Expo Features

While virtual recruiting has its own set of challenges, it also presents opportunities that would not be present with in-person recruiting. We are excited to bring you an event unlike any we've ever hosted!

Custom Expo Booth Space - You may not be able to hand out marketing collateral in a virtual space, but we can use your materials to enhance your recruitment experience! We will use your submitted materials and videos to build your custom booth for students to gather information on your organization and open positions.

Session Space - Our virtual event will have a dedicated space for information sessions and workshops. We have a limited number of opportunities for expo employers to host virtual presentations outside of their expo booth space. Presentation topics can include information about your company (culture, diversity equity & inclusion practices, application process, etc.) or a career development (what recruiters look for in resumes, interview best practices, LinkedIn networking, etc). Please note: we may be unable to accommodate all session requests.

Post-Expo Recruitment - With our students scattered across the globe, we recognize that not every student will be able to attend the career fair during the allotted hours. Our virtual event space gives us the flexibility to bring the fair to those who would otherwise unable to attend. Recruitment will be live from 10 am - 1 pm; however, students will be able to visit booths after hours, gather information on companies they're interested in, and reach out for more information

Virtual Booth & Sponsorship Options

Recruitment isn't one size fits all. We are offering several different package options to fit your recruitment needs.

Standard Expo Booth

Included in price: standard sized booth icon, sorted by industry, three (3) representatives, resume book of attendees sent post event.

Small Business Expo Booth

This package is reserved for organizations with fewer than 50 employees.

Included in price: standard sized booth icon, sorted by industry, three (3) representatives, resume book of attendees sent post event.

Nonprofit Expo Booth

This package is reserved for 501(c)(3) organizations.

Included in price: standard sized booth icon, sorted by industry, three (3) representatives, resume book of attendees sent post event.

Government Expo Booth

This package is reserved for government organizations. We recognize that many government organizations are currently under budget freezes, so we are offering this option at no cost.

No Charge

Silver Sponsor Package

The silver sponsor package includes standard sized booth icon with priority placement, early access to resume book of registrants, & up to five (5) representatives.

Gold Sponsor Package

The gold sponsor package includes larger sized booth icon with priority placement, early access to resume book of registrants, & up to five (5) representatives. Each Gold Sponsor will also be featured in a stand-alone email to your target student demographic prior to the fair.

Please note: we have a limited number of booths available for the Spring Career Expo. Priority acceptance will be given to employers hiring for full-time positions and internships that meet the specific needs of our student population. Other employers may be waitlisted and notified if space is available closer to the event.
