Minor in Art: Our art minor encourages students who love painting, sculpting, and digital arts to move into the studio to create art. Highly marketable, our art minor pairs well with any major at Pepperdine and demonstrates that a student is well rounded and can think outside of the box.
Minor in Art History: A minor in art history is an excellent complement to many majors, especially for those interested in art-related careers in business, law, conservation, cultural heritage, arts education, non-profit, and more.
Minor in Multimedia Design: Shared with our Communication Division, the multimedia design minor emphasizes advanced work in graphic design and multimedia production, including Web page construction and evaluation.
Minor in Music: Our music minor introduces students to music theory through core music classes, private lessons, and ensemble courses. The minor allows students to have a meaningful and structured life in music while at Pepperdine.
Minor in Theatre Design and Production: Our theatre design & production minor encourages students who have an interest in the world of production for live performance. A student who wants to expand their knowledge of storytelling through design for the stage or who is interested in working on productions in a technical capacity is perfect for this minor. This minor will teach students to create the visual and technical support for theatrical performance to be ready to pursue this art form in the professional world.
