The media production degree program at Seaver College exposes students to a variety of ways of using technology ethically to better communicate with audiences.Today professional communicators who want to change society using information and entertainment need to rely on a large team of technical experts in writing, sound, camera usage, editing and web design to maximize the effectiveness of their story. Our media production degree program teaches students the art of multimodal storytelling, from start to finish. Storytelling is the most common and effective way of conveying information from one person or group to another, and our media production major helps students use a variety of diverse media technologies to reach equally diverse audiences.

Internships for Communication Majors
Communication internship programs provide opportunities for students studying journalism, organizational communication, public relations, and telecommunication to work in a professional capacity with newspapers, radio and television stations, and advertising and public relations agencies. Students gain field experience at the same time as, and as a part of, their academic training.
