Make a Payment Online

Log into WaveNet. Click the FINANCES button then use the "Make A Payment Online" button in the top right corner of the page to enter the amount you wish to pay and the bank information (U.S. checking or savings account number, bank routing number, and name on the account with the bank). If you are not the student, please contact the student for Guest Access to this option.

Mail in a Check

Paper checks may be mailed to the Student Accounts Office. Checks must be from a U.S. bank and in U.S. dollars. Please include student's name and University ID number on the front of the check so we can correctly apply the payment.  Send the check to:

Pepperdine University
ATTN: Student Accounts Office
24255 Pacific Coast Highway
Malibu, CA 90263-7999

NOTE: Payments will not be counted toward a balance due until the payment is actually received by the University.  Balances not paid by the due date will accrue daily finance charges at a rate of .027%.

Payments of cash and/or paper check may also be dropped off in person at the OneStop or Student Accounts Offices located on the Malibu campus (TAC 2nd floor).

Billing

The online student account serves as the official student "bill". The account will be updated automatically with every charge or credit posted to the student account. By accessing WaveNet and the FINANCES section, you can view the account activity which includes all charges, credits, and refunds issued. You can also view the amounts due and due dates through the Charges Due link, and pending financial aid under the Pending Aid link. Students are responsible for viewing their student account online, for noting the account balances due, and for making the appropriate arrangements for Student Accounts to receive payment by the due date/s.

Refunds-Sign up for eRefund (Direct Deposit) Now

Credit balances resulting from financial aid will be processed automatically at the start of each term. Refunds will be issued through direct deposit, which means the funds will be sent directly to a bank account determined by the student.

To create an eRefund account, the student logs into his/her WaveNet account, clicks on FINANCES and then using the eRefund Account link enters the bank information: U.S. checking or savings account number, bank routing number, and the name on the bank account as it appears with the bank.

Once an eRefund account has been created any refunds issued will be sent directly to the bank account designated, generally within 3 business days, after the refund appears on the student account. Times may vary depending on the student's bank.

Please note: refunds on excess Parent PLUS loan funds will be sent to the person designated in the loan application (typically the borrower) as a paper check, within 5 business days after the refund appears on the student account. Because these refunds will be mailed, arrival time may vary by location.
