The Story of an Application

On March 17, 2017, the Seaver Admission Office released The Story of an Application, an experimental short film told entirely on a computer screen, following an application to Pepperdine from the kernel of the idea... all the way to receiving the admission notification in one's email inbox. Just as this film premiered online, students across the country were receiving this exact acceptance email. 2017 was a record year for applications at Pepperdine University's Seaver College, comprised of one of the most rigorous academic classes in the school's history.
