Federal Direct Loan Exit Counseling Information

Federal Regulations require all students to complete Federal Direct Loan Exit Loan Counseling Sessions when they graduate, withdraw or drop below half-time status. Failure to complete Exit Loan Counseling Sessions will result in a hold being placed on your academic transcripts.

April graduates - Information regarding online loan exit counseling will be sent to your Pepperdine e-mail account the week of April 17th.  After you complete your online Exit Counseling sessions, it is highly recommended to schedule an appointment with your Financial Assistance Loan Advisor to go over your loan servicer information. You can e-mail us at faidloan@pepperdine.edu to schedule an appointment.

A separate counseling session must be completed online for each type of Federal or Institutional loan borrowed.
