Biography

Chris Collins, Ph.D. teaches courses in organizational behavior and service leadership. Both courses highlight self-awareness, team dynamics, and the importance of organizational change. His research centers on organizational culture and climate, with a particular focus on nonprofit management. Additionally, he explores epistemology and knowledge production, which have implications for research methods and their application across studies of human behavior.
