Re-enrolling at Seaver College
Returning From Term Withdrawal
If you are returning from a gap-semester or term-away, you must fill out the re-enrollment form prior to enrolling in classes. Be mindful of registration dates (available on our Academic Calendar) and plan to submit your re-enrollment form prior to the registration week for the semester in which you intend to return.
For questions regarding re-enrollment, contact Pepperdine OneStop or your listed Academic Advisor
Returning From Academic Dismissal (Probation)
Students previously dismissed from Seaver for academic probation are eligible to return to the College granted they submit a petition for re-enrollment and successfully complete a full load of coursework (14-16 units) at an alternate college or university. If attempting to return following academic dismissal, complete the following steps:
- Contact Seaver Academic Advising, indicating your intent to return.
- Submit the re-enrollment form (for students under the 2-year absence maximum).
- Compose and submit a letter to Seaver Academic Advising petitioning your intent to return and how your time away from Seaver has resulted in positive academic progress.
- Submit transcripts of outside coursework to “Pepperdine OneStop” via Parchment or National Student Clearinghouse.
From there, your materials will be submitted to a committee of university administrators for review. Decisions rendered by the committee will be communicated by Seaver’s associate director of academic advising.
