The Pepperdine Wave Classic Golf Tournament began as a collaboration between the Seaver College Board of Visitors and the Seaver Parents Council. The event began as a fundraiser for scholarships, career development program resources, and support for the men’s and women’s Waves golf teams. Taking place at the Sherwood Country Club in Thousand Oaks for more than a decade, the Wave Classic transitioned to the iconic Riviera Country Club, home of the Genesis Invitational, in 2015. Through the years, this signature fundraiser has grown to include golf and tennis activities and now supports programs and resources for Seaver College students and all Pepperdine Waves Athletic teams.

Registration Details:

• Sponsorship Opportunities Open: Monday, June 8 - October 12, 2026
• Early Bird Pricing: Wednesday, July 1 - Sunday, August 23, 2026
• Standard Rate Pricing: Monday, August 24, 2026, until sold out

We encourage participants to register early, as space is limited and the tournament is expected to sell out.

2025 Highlights

On October 20, 2025, Pepperdine hosted 140 golfers, and 30 tennis players to tee off and serve for a great cause. An additional 50 guests joined the players for the reception and dinner. It was a truly memorable and historic day for our Waves!
