Graduation Clearance (Graduate)

Follow these steps to ensure that you are clear to graduate. Seaver College has one commencement ceremony per year. This ceremony is held at the end of the spring term. Students whose degrees were posted in the previous fall or summer term are also eligible to participate.

Step 1: Be sure you meet these basic graduation requirements for a master's degree:

• At least a 3.0 grade point average
• Successful completion of your thesis or research project (if required)
• Graduate students are not allowed to participate in the ceremony unless all requirements have been met including the submission of the final 4 copies of their thesis (if applicable) on cotton paper.

Step 2: Submit your Intent to Graduate

Log on to your WaveNet account and go to the graduation area, please be sure to verify your graduate program and let us know if you are planning to attend the ceremony by checking the box.
