Biography

Jessica Stallworth is a storyteller with a passion for people, experiences and purpose. Her interests lie at the intersection of sport, leadership and philanthropy. Jessica has had extensive experience in the sports industry. She studied sport administration at Pepperdine University, where she later returned to receive her Masters in Dispute Resolution. She has been extremely fortunate to have worked for some of the biggest brands in the world. She was one of fifty selected by Adidas for a year-long pilot program focused on leadership for future high potential candidates. She was also part of the inaugural ‘Winning 10’ cohort for the Black Sports Business Symposium powered by ESPN; a group of ten young professionals nominated by sports industry leaders for their leadership, work ethic, and driving impact within their respective organizations. Some of her professional highlights include when she interned at the NFL where she was responsible in assisting the development of future Super Bowl bids and researching the Hispanic, Gen Z and female demographics to further fandom. At VaynerSports, she managed campaigns for 25 active NFL players and led execution of their tentpole events. While at MLB, she was part of the group that pioneered league-wide conversations for best practices in game entertainment in response to COVID-19. In her latest work, she created and implemented the holistic grassroots strategy for North America for Adidas in the football, baseball and softball categories. She has also had invited and paid consultancy appointment work with professional athletes regarding her expertise in event management in the sports industry, identity development and branding, and sports marketing. She has worked with the NFL, MLB, WSL, adidas, the NCAA, VaynerSports, the Los Angeles Lakers, the Dallas Cowboys, Pepperdine Athletics, FOX Sports, USC Properties, The Wooden Awards, the ASTROrdinary Dobbs Foundation and Grit Player Services.
