Information about how VirtualEvals works
We will set up your medical school application on the VirtualEvals website by:
- Creating your applicant record which includes the following information:
name, email, ID#, and programs/medical schools to which you are applying (M.D., M.D./Ph.D. and D.O.). - Attaching your receiving schools (the schools to which you have applied taken from your AMCAS/AACOMAS application). If any additional schools are added after we have uploaded your file, you need to contact us so your letter file can be made available to them.
- Uploading your letters of recommendations in a PDF format (maximum of 12 pages). An additional letter can be added later in the application cycle. That letter might represent summer clinical volunteer or paid work, research, another professor from a fall class, etc. that was not available to the applicant when the initial PDF of letters posted.
