Program Learning Outcomes
A student who graduates with a major in Integrated Marketing Communication major should
be able to:
- Understand the role of research and strategic communication in the marketing of the
products and services of businesses and organizations, including the identification
of target markets, message creation and the use of public relations, advertising,
events, sponsorship and other tools.
- Demonstrate an ability to develop a strategic marketing plan.
- Create appropriately targeting media materials in a variety of formats.
- Appraise proper ethical response to problems in the corporate communication world.
