Seaver College Career Center Fairs & Events

Registration includes a 6' table with table linen, (2) chairs, table signage, wireless internet access, parking, and lunch for up to (2) representatives. Additional representatives can be added for $25.00 each. 

*To qualify for the small business package, your organization must have fewer than 25 employees nationwide

All organizations participating in any on-campus or virtual recruiting programs through the Career Center, including Career Fairs and On-Campus Recruitment events, must be actively recruiting for at least one of the following opportunities:

1. Full-time, salaried positions or 
2. Paid, structured internship opportunities 

Please adhere to the U.S. Department of Labor Fair Labor Standards Act when it comes to wages and compensation. We are currently not accepting organizations seeking individuals for Brand Ambassador roles or Commission-based positions.

Register for a fair

1. Click directly on the link in the invite email received, or search for the fair in Handshake. Learn How to Search for a Career Fair.
2. On the fair's Details page, click the blue button Register in the top-right corner of the page.
   • If you don't have the option to register or encounter other unexpected issues, check out Resolving Issues Registering for a Career Fair.
3. Next, select or fill in the following information on the New Registration form.  
4. Once all information is filled out, click on the blue button Create Registration in the lower-right corner of the page.
5. After successful registration, you'll be directed to the registration overview page.

The Career Center will review your registration once submitted. Once approved, your registration will show as approved on both the Fairs page and on the respective registration (if registering multiple divisions). Additionally, an email will be sent to the address provided in Handshake if email notifications are enabled.

Cancellations must be received no later than five business days prior to the fair. Please be aware that cancellations made less than (5) business days prior to the fair are still responsible for their registration fees. Non-payment does not indicate cancellation. Career Fair no-shows are not entitled to registration refunds. Registration will not be eligible to roll over to another event.
