Heidelberg 30 Year Reunion Schedule

Friday, May, 26:

Guest arrivals. Villa Graziadio Executive Center room check-in available after 3pm. For map with directions, click HERE.
6:00pm: Dinner on own. Meet in lobby of Villa Graziadio if interested in carpooling into town.

Saturday, May 27:

8:30am: Complimentary breakfast (Villa Graziadio, Gulls Way Patio) courtesy of Seaver College Alumni Relations
10:30am: Special Presentation: Library Archives (Drescher Graduate Campus Library)
12:00pm: Lunch on own (Waves Café, Main Campus)
1:00pm: Open afternoon for fellowship (perhaps hit the pool / hot tub or the beach)
4:30pm: Shuttle departs Villa Graziadio for Wirsthaus German Restaurant (345 N. La Brea Ave., Los Angeles)
6:30pm: Private reception and dinner at Wirsthaus Restaurant. Each guest/party will be responsible for their own consumption.
9:00pm: Shuttle departs restaurant for dancing venue (TBD)
10:30pm: Estimated return to campus

Sunday, May 28:

8:30am: Complimentary continental breakfast (Villa Graziadio, Gulls Way Patio) courtesy of Seaver College Alumni Relations
10:00am: Church / free time
11:30am: Lunch on own (Waves Café)
12:45pm: Carpool from Villa Graziadio to Simi Valley for group museum visit, or stay in Malibu (contact us to inquire about swimming, surfing, paddleboarding, or other ideas)
1:45pm: Visit Ronald Reagan Presidential Library & Museum: Titanic Exhibit. Purchase tickets in advance for 1:45pm HERE.
6:30pm: Casual, no-host dinner in Malibu. Meet in Villa Graziadio lobby to carpool.
