Q: What is the exact location of the luncheon?

A: The luncheon takes place in Mullin Town Square on Pepperdine's main campus area. To get to the luncheon from the graduation at Alumni Park, guests will need to take a shuttle that will drop off at Jerry's Tree in the Seaver Main Lot. Guests are welcome to walk up the hill to avoid the long shuttle lines. Guest seating will be outdoors with umbrellas over the tables.

Q: When does the luncheon start?

A: The graduation technically concludes at 12:30pm but often takes longer than that to complete. We also understand that graduates and their families want to take photos with friends and family. So, in an effort to make sure that guests get a chance to eat around the same time as one another, we open the buffet at 1:30pm. If guests arrive to the luncheon early, they are welcome to sit at their assigned table but must wait for the buffet to open before getting food.

Student Alumni Organization students will be welcoming and checking-in the guests and alumni will be handing out commemorative alumni pins to the graduates. There will be a prayer and then short speech from the executive director of the alumni relations office as well as a raffle with a few prizes.
