Renaissance Forster

"I came to Pepperdine for the outstanding sports medicine program and the opportunity to work as a SAMI (the student athletic medicine intern). It gives me the ability to apply what I'm learning now and is great practice for my future career as a physical therapist working with athletes."

"Hello, potential new Waves! My name is Renaissance Forster. I transferred here in the fall of 2016 from the United States Military Academy in New York.

Here are some fun facts about me: I am from SoCal, born and raised in South Los Angeles. I am a member of the Reserve Officer Training Corps program (ROTC) and will be an army officer upon graduation. I am also a student athletic medicine intern (SAMI) here on campus. From time to time, you will find me in the athletic training center and working on the sidelines at sporting events on campus.

Let me know if you have any questions about either of those programs, about me, life at Pepperdine, or how to be successful as a transfer student. Again, welcome to Pepperdine, I look forward to meeting you all."
