Internship Resources

There are several ways to go about finding an Internship in Washington.  The following are resources that the DC office provides in order to assist in securing an internship.

Career Space
Many  internship opportunities that are available in the DC area are listed on Career Space and viewable anytime to all Seaver Students through Wavenet.  This is consistantly being added to on a weekly basis.  The internships posted are typically from our DC Program Alums.

E-mail
Students accepted into the DC Program are placed on an e-mail list.  Internship opportunities that may be of interest are sent to these students regularly.

Appointments
Students are able to schedule one-on-one appointments where a member of the DC office staff will assist them in searching for internships that match their interests.

Additional DC Office Resources

     - use of fax machine to apply for internships.

Internet
Most agencies in the DC area have information about their internship opportunities online.  The following are websites that will serve as a good starting point.
