Undergraduate Certificate in Conflict Management

Overview

The Undergraduate Certificate in Conflict Management combines the process-oriented, skills training of alternative conflict management courses with theoretical coursework to gain an understanding of human interaction as it relates to conflict and conflict resolution. The Pepperdine Undergraduate Certificate is a joint enterprise between the Straus Institute for Conflict Management and Seaver College. This is a unique opportunity for undergraduates to take courses normally only available at the School of Law.

This certificate focuses on the fundamentals of Conflict Management and their application. It is excellent preparation for law school, other professional graduate programs, or the workplace. It is an intensive program for highly motivated students. Upper-division Seaver students are invited to apply, as are upper-division students from other universities.
