Pepperdine University provides technology support through the Help Desk, which can be reached at 310-506-HELP (4357) or toll free at 866-767-8623. The Help Desk is open 24 hours per day, every day of the week. A self-help Web site is available at http://services.pepperdine.edu/it/help/. In addition to providing technology assistance over the phone, the Help Desk also acts as the central coordination point for all Pepperdine University technology services including:

  • Network Services
  • Telephone/Voicemail Services
  • Hardware/Software Assistance
  • Computer Lab Assistance
  • Technology Training
  • University ID Card Services

Computers, software, and peripherals can be purchased through Tech Central at educational discounts. Tech Central is located on the second floor of Payson Library on the Malibu Campus.
