Technical Support
Pepperdine
University provides technical support through the Help Desk,
which can be reached by phone at extension 4357 (H-E-L-P) or by
e-mail at
help@pepperdine.edu. The Help Desk is open from 7:00
a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
on Saturday. In addition to providing technical assistance over the
phone, the Help Desk also acts as the central coordination point for other
Pepperdine University technical services including:
- Residential Network Services
- Telephone/Voicemail Services
- Hardware/Software Repairs
- Computer Lab Assistance
- Technology Training
- University ID Card Services

Technology equipment can be purchased on campus from the Pepperdine Computer Store.
The Computer Store is a source for Dell and Apple computers, software, and
peripherals at educational discounts. In addition, the store staff
provides consulting and in-store support for all purchases and returns. The
Computer Store, located on the first floor of the Tyler Campus Center, is
open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. You may

note any special hours for campus events such as New Student
