Sandbar Reservation Form 2003-2004

 Introduction

The Sandbar student lounge is available for reservation by any recognized Student Organization or University department. The Student Activities Office asks for a two week notification for reserving the Sandbar. The room is reserved on a first-come first-served basis. Fill out the form below, or contact Katie Ebeling by calling x4304, or stop by the Student Activities Office. Katie will contact the applicant and let them know if they have been approved. Please remember:

  • use of sound system is contingent upon the organization finding a trained and approved sound technician
  • tables and chairs must be put back as they were before your event
  • the room must be cleaned after use (a $200 charge will be assessed to the organization or department if the room is not cleaned)

Sound Technician

There are two University approved sound technicians, each of whom are trained and able to help meet your sound specifications. The organization wishing to reserve the Sandbar is responsible for securing a sound technician. The following is the current approved list of sound technicians:

Tim Rockey, Student Ministries Office, x3321

Allan Heida, Student Ministries Office, x4820 or x3449
