Full-time Jobs

Pepperdine University uses two online job posting services, MonsterTRAK and Pepperdine's online Alumni Directory, AlumSys.  Students and alumni may use both.

MonsterTRAK is the largest and most popular online job listing service for college students and alumni. Listings are specifically targeted by employers to students and alumni from Pepperdine University. 50-100 new job openings are added for Pepperdine students and alumni each day.

MonsterTRAK.COM also features:

  • Job Search Guide—Need tips on creating your resume? Wondering how to negotiate your salary? Your career questions are answered in the Guide.
  • Career Contact Network—Looking for a career mentor? Here you’ll find a database of professionals offering to share their experiences with you.
  • Career Forums—The place to post questions and receive expert advice from career centers and human resource professionals.
  • Online Career Fair—Stop by one of our “virtual booths” to view employer profiles and job opportunities.

Part-time Jobs

Pepperdine students can locate on-campus, off-campus and community service opportunities at the Student Employment website.

External Job Listings

Career Center counselors and staff expose students to the most up-to-date job search strategies, including on-line job searching. Counselors also offer special tips on how to effectively manage the job search process and organize your materials.

External job search web sites host the listings of many different companies and many different jobs.  These sites may have several thousand jobs. In order to make the job search process more manageable, these sites are designed to allow you to conduct a search by geographic region and a job category.
