| The Career Coaching Program is
an initiative resulting from the Career Action Project supported
by the Seaver Board of Visitors. The goal of the program is to
help students understand and prepare for the social and
functional realities of the workplace. The program’s curriculum
helps to close the gap between where students are now and where
they need to be in their career development, and focuses on
portable professional skill development, professional polish and
savvy; business etiquette; and awareness of professional
expectations by matching students with accomplished
professionals. |

take place as a tour of your coach's workplace, dinner at their
home, coffee at Starbucks, or lunch at the country club.
Why Join?
The program is
for any student serious about his or her career and professional
development. Some students are
unsure of the next step following graduation or even summer after
Junior year, and seek guidance and direction. Other students are
certain of their career goals and seek resources and connections to
make it happen.
Above all, the
program is personalized to your needs. Your
Career Coach is eager to invest his or her time and energy in
helping you achieve your dreams requiring nothing in return from
you.
