International Program in Sports Medicine

 

Sports Medicine Majors (BS) from Pepperdine University
Spend a Semester at the University of Queensland in Brisbane

1. Before you can apply for this program you must complete:

  • BIOL 230 – Human Anatomy
  • BIOL 270 – Human Physiology
  • BS in SPME must also complete CHEM 120, 121 + labs – General Chemistry
  • General Education Requirements - GS 199, English 101, SPE180, REL101

NOTE: Prior to application you must have completed 30 units in residence at Pepperdine University.

2. Selection Criteria include a minimum GPA of 3.0 overall and in the SPME major, as well as a personal interview

UNIVERSITY OF QUEENSLAND

IMPORTANT NOTE: Students may attend the University of Queensland (UQ) for one semester and take a maximum of two (2) courses that would substitute for SPME classes during that semester. Additional Math, Science, GE and electives can be taken with a maximum of 4 classes in that one semester.
