Bachelor of Arts in Sports Medicine

In addition to the general education requirements, a candidate for the bachelor of arts degree in sports medicine must also complete lower- and upper- division course work in the major. Depending upon entering mathematics competency, the lower-division requirements consist of four courses totaling 13 units. The upper-division requirements consist of nine courses that total 34 units.

In the first year, the bachelor of arts in sports medicine major should enroll in the first-year program outlined in this catalog MATH 120, SPME 110, and SPME/BIOL 230.
