Information about how VirtualEvals works:

Online on the VirtualEvals Website, we will set up your medical school application by:

1. Creating your applicant record which includes the following information:
   Name, Email, ID# and programs/medical schools you are applying to (MD, MD/PhD and DO)
2. Attaching your receiving schools (the schools you have applied to taken from your AMCAS/AACOMAS application) If you add any schools after we have uploaded your file you need to let us know so your letter file can be made available to them.
3. Uploading your letters of recommendations in a PDF form (max. is 12 pgs)
   An additional letter can be added later in the application cycle. That letter might represent summer clinical volunteer or paid work, research, another professor from a fall class, etc. the applicant did not have ready for the initial PDF of letters posted.
