Application: The application is found online at: http://seaver.pepperdine.edu/internationalprograms/applying/
The early decision deadline for the academic year 2009-2010 programs is midnight on Monday, September 29, 2008.

Scheduling: Academic calendars generally coincide with the Malibu campus with the following exceptions:
• Buenos Aires, Florence, Heidelberg, Lausanne, Shanghai and London are offered as academic year and semester only programs.
• Thailand will be offered as a spring semester only program.

Requirements: Completion of language 151 by Fall 2009 is required for Buenos Aires, Florence, Heidelberg, and Lausanne. Spring only students must complete language 152 by Spring 2010. Students must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 to apply. Students on Academic or Behavioral Probation cannot apply for or hold a position in an international program. Most students bring their own laptops. Though this is not required, it is highly recommended. Our Florence, Heidelberg, Lausanne, Shanghai and London residential houses, as well as the Buenos Aires facility, all have wireless access.

Classes: Many courses available overseas fulfill GE requirements. Classes normally meet 4 days a week in our European programs.  Classes meet 5 days a week in Buenos Aires, Shanghai and Thailand.

Costs: Tuition and room and board are the same as in Malibu. The International Programs Charge covers room and board, group flights and airport transfers, educational fieldtrips, special excursions, and museum entrance fees. Financial aid applies except for performance scholarships requiring performance in Malibu. Students must meet with their financial aid advisor for specific information pertaining to their individual award.

Travel Documents: Students must have a passport valid for 6 months after their return flight to the U.S. A visa, issued by the host country, is now required in most academic year programs.
