International Programs

Student Visas

During the Spring semester you will be provided a visa workshop that will assist you with how to apply for your visa.  If your program is listed below you are required to attend the visa workshop.

Click on the corresponding link below for further visa information for each program. It is the responsibility of the student to obtain and pay for the visa(s) needed for their program. If you are an international student see the note below***.

Visas applications cannot be submitted earlier than 90 days prior to departure.

Buenos Aires: No Visa Required for US citizens
Heidelberg: No Visa Required for US citizens

Summer Specials: Please check with the International Programs Office.

***International Students: Students who are NOT traveling on a US passport will be subject to different visa requirements. It is the student's responsibility to research, apply for, and obtain the necessary visas for the country they are studying in, and all countries they plan to travel to.
