4. RECOMMENDATIONS |
| In
accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA),
you have the opportunity to choose if you would like to send a waived or
non-waived recommendation to your recommenders. A "waived"
recommendation is one which you have given up your right to access/view
the completed recommendation. (If no choice is indicated your
recommendations will be waived). I would like my recommendations to be waived. non-waived. Please list the individuals who will be submitting recommendations for you. When you submit your application, the recommendations will be automatically sent to these individuals. For this reason, it is crucial that you enter the exact email addresses of your recommenders - if it is off by even one letter/number, they will not receive the recommendation form, which will slow and maybe disqualify you from the selection process.
