Intercultural Affairs

Mission

The ICA Office intends to engage the campus community with effective and strategic programs, events, and initiatives that will increase intercultural aptitude, awareness, knowledge, and skills.

Vision

The programs, events, and initiatives of the ICA Office will increase intercultural aptitude, awareness, knowledge, and skills in order to facilitate the development of culturally sensitive men and women. 

Student Learning

Diversity Councils

The ICA Office participates in the Seaver Diversity Council as well as in the University Diversity Council. The ICA Office also advises the Seaver Student Diversity Council. All diversity councils are designed to strategically address campus climate matters relative to diversity and intercultural competence.
