The course offerings in the Humanities and Teacher Education Division are designed to:

  • Develop in students an appreciation of the breadth of their cultural heritage and continuing sensitivity to their cultural experience.
  • Lead students to appreciate the inter-relationship of all areas of human thought.
  • Allow students to specialize in one area of the humanities.
  • Provide pre-professional enrichment.
