The Creative Writing program, offered by the Humanities & Teacher
Education Division in conjunction with the Communication Division,
is designed for students desiring careers as professional writers.
Its curriculum includes practice in writing for electronic and print
media, as well as foundational courses in English literature.
The Graphic,
Pepperdine University’s award-winning campus newspaper,
Currents,
featuring articles on campus and Malibu life, and the
Expressionists: Magazine of the Arts
literary magazine all feature pieces written by Pepperdine students.
