California Capital Fellows Program
A cluster of four programs including Assembly Fellowship Program, Senate Fellowship Program, Executive Fellowship Program, and Judicial Fellowship Program are known collectively as the Capital Fellows Program. Fulbright

Gates Cambridge Scholarship
In October 2000 the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation donated $210 million to the University of Cambridge, establishing the Gates Cambridge Trust. The Trust awards Gates Cambridge Scholarships, prestigious international scholarships that enable outstanding graduates from outside the UK to study at Cambridge. The aim of the program is to create a network of future leaders committed to improving the lives of others.

Gilman International Scholarship
The Gilman Scholarship Program offers awards for undergraduate study abroad and was established by the international Academic Opportunity Act of 2000. This scholarship provides awards for the U.S. undergraduate students who are receiving Federal Pell Grant funding at a two year or four-year college or university to participate in study abroad programs worldwide.

Goldwater Scholarship

Truman Scholarship
The goal of the Fellowship Program is to attract outstanding students who enroll in two-year master's degree programs in public policy, international affairs, public administration, or academic fields such as business, economics, political science, sociology, or foreign languages, who represent all ethnic, racial and social backgrounds and who have an interest in pursuing a Foreign Service career in the U.S. Department of State.

William E. Simon Fellowship for Noble Purpose
ISI has established the William E.
