Scott recently directed the Road Theatre Company's acclaimed west coast premiere of Lady by Craig Wright. He sits on the artistic board of the theater and has directed past productions including, the ADA award nominated West Coast premiere of New York Mets by TJ Edwards. He is also an Associate Artist of Circus Theatricals where last season he directed The Adding Machine, and in 2005 assistant directed Casey Biggs' production of Macbeth.
Directing credits include: Bus Stop at Spokane's Interplayers Theater, Tabak (The Met), So Nice to See You (The Road Theatre Company, winner, Dramalogue award,) Lynette at 3AM, Mr. Happiness, A Midsummer Night's Dream and the Sampson/Sedwick comedy Bringing Home the Girl (Ashbury Actor's Group). As assistant director: Mother Courage, Light (Theater @ Boston Court) and True West (Deaf West Theater).
He is a founding member of the Ashbury Actor's Group (with 24's Carlos Bernard) and co-author (with Adam Paul) of the two-man play King of the Moon which ran Off-Off Broadway, in L.A.at the Groundlings Theater and was made into a film for FOX Searchlab where it premiered at the 2004 Tribeca Film Festival as part of an Alfred P. Sloan Foundation grant. He has also directed Ed Harris for the LA Phil's 2005 Season Opening Gala at Disney Hall and recently the beat poetry/jazz piece, Heart...Beat for the Boston Court Performing Arts Center's Music at the Court series.

He has studied at Arena Stage and The Studio Theater in Washington, D.C.. He holds a B.A. from George Mason University and an M.F.A. in Acting from the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco and is a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, SAG, AEA, associate member of SSDC, the Actor's Studio Directing Unit and is a proud alumni of the Lincoln Center Theater Director's Lab West (Gold Medal Class of '05).
