 Since
moving to Los Angeles in 2000, Dustin McKinney has maintained an
active performing career encompassing nearly all music styles. These
experiences include symphonies (Santa Barbara Symphony and Hollywood
Bowl Orchestra), chamber music, Broadway shows, recording, and jazz
ensembles. He is also the principal trumpet of the Golden State Pops
Orchestra, lead trumpet of daKAH Hip Hop Orchestra, and subs in the
Disneyland Band. In addition to his demanding performance schedule,
he is a sought after private teacher and brass coach. Dustin hails
from Des Moines, IA and attended DePaul University in Chicago, IL. |
