At this site you will find the necessary documents for evaluating faculty members who are eligible for tenure, promotion, or a five-year review. These documents are downloadable to your hard drive, so you may edit them at your convenience without having to retype the entire document. NOTE TO MACINTOSH USERS:

If your Netscape browser is not already set up to launch Microsoft Word when you click on the document links, you must perform the following steps to allow it to do so. If you are not using Microsoft Word, you should upgrade your software package. All files are saved in Word format.

If you are using Netscape Navigator, do the following:

1. In Netscape choose the Options menu, then choose General Preferences.
2. Click on the Helpers tab.
3. Find Microsoft Word on the list of applications, highlight it, then click Edit.
4. Make sure it says the following in these categories:

Description: Microsoft Word Document
MIME type: application/msword
Suffixes: doc

Note: If Microsoft Word is not on your list, click New and type in the above info.

5. Click on the Application button.
6. Click OK to save your changes. Netscape should be ready to launch Word.
