Modern Languages: Information to Transfer or Substitute Units

General information

Requests for transfer or substitution of units are processed by language faculty on a first come, first serve basis.  We attempt to process all requests in a timely manner, but all requests should be submitted well in advance of any external deadlines.  We recommend one month. In unusual circumstances we will attempt to expedite the request.  Please attach a note to your form stating the reason that you need the form expedited.

Requests may be turned into the CISL office in SAC 101 at any time. Only requests received by the 25th of the month will be processed that month.  Due to increased workload, requests submitted at the end of the term or during final exams may be delayed.
