Volunteer to prepare students for job interviews by asking your toughest questions and offering constructive feedback. Through observation in a professional setting, students are able to investigate a career field, clarify career goals and interests, and function within a work environment.Typical job shadow duration is 2-4 days, and most occur during spring break.
