For many students, mentors can bridge the gap between their various courses and their future career goals. As a result, we want to invite YOU to make a meaningful contribution to the bright and ambitious Seaver College students at Pepperdine. Through your time, expertise, and experience, you can impact the Waves legacy by becoming a Career Mentor!
Career Mentors will work with 1-2 undergraduate student leaders who support clubs and organizations through the Intercultural Affairs Office. Mentoring pairs will work together to develop a professional relationship focused on the student's career interests and goals. Career Mentors can choose their own communication methods and timing in order to maximize flexibility and engagement. Career Mentoring relationships will empower students to prepare and compete professionally, whether in work, service, or graduate school. Training resources will be provided to students and mentors in an effort to facilitate a fruitful experience. Local participants will also be invited to meet face to face at a Mentoring Mixer hosted each term!
