Introduce current Pepperdine students to your industry by hosting them in your workplace for a day or half-day shadowing experience on Job Shadow Day!

The Pepperdine Job Shadow Day Program is a structured matching process that introduces students to your organization and available positions through direct access and hands-on learning by shadowing you or another company representative in your workplace for a day or half-day experience. Job shadowing opportunities will not result in academic credit or monetary compensation, however, both hosts and student participants greatly benefit from this experience. Students will gain valuable insight to help them make informed career choices and upon their return to campus, become unofficial ambassadors that can speak to your organization's vision definition of success.
