Applicants who are not citizens or permanent residents of the
United States must complete the International Student Data (ISD)
Form. Page 2 of the ISD form must be completed if the Form I-20,
“Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant (F-1) Student Status”
is needed by applicants in order to: maintain their current F-1
student status in the Student and Exchange Visitor Information
System (SEVIS); apply to the United States Citizenship and
Immigration Services for a change of nonimmigrant status to F-1 in
the United States; or apply for the F-1 student visa at the United
States consulates and embassies abroad.
Please download and print the form, have it signed by your sponsor
and a bank official, and send it, along with your other admission
requirements, to the appropriate office of the school at Pepperdine
University to which you are applying for admission.
If you are unable to print this form, you may provide the same
information on a separate sheet of paper. If a bank official is
unable to provide a certification on the form, a separate
certification signed by a bank official, a bank statement, or other
documentary evidence of financial support may be submitted. These
alternate documents must clearly contain the applicant’s name, so
that they may be properly filed.
