Application Procedures for Seaver College Degree-Seeking Undergraduate Students

Applicant Information: The University is currently processing thousands of documents that were received over the holiday break and the week of the application deadline.  Please allow 3-5 weeks from when you applied for your application and supporting documents to be processed. During this time we respectfully ask that you do not contact our office in order to allow the admission staff to focus on processing applications and supplemental documents in a timely manner. Thank you for your continued patience.

We recommend that all applicants submit their application and additional required materials as early as possible.

Reminders

  • Retain all confirmation Web pages, e-mails, and certified mail receipts for your records.
  • Include your Pepperdine Campus-Wide ID (CWID) or Common Application ID on all documents you submit. This will assist in the accurate and timely processing of your application file.
  • Utilize your full legal name for the application and all additional materials you submit. Submitting documents with alternative versions of your name will delay or impede the processing of your application file.
  • It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that all required materials for the admission application file are received by the Office of Admission by the deadline in order to be considered by the Admission Committee.
