Biography
Cecile Santos has taught general and organic chemistry at Seaver College as both an adjunct and visiting instructor since 2000. Previous to her time at Pepperdine University, she did research in the pharmaceutical industry (Berlex Biosciences in Richmond, CA and Applied Biosystems in Foster City, CA) synthesizing biologically-active molecules as new leads for the treatment of prostrate cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, and multiple sclerosis.
